K2
We gave it a big shovel and the widest waist width in the Disruption family to create a freakish combination of critical stability and confident edge control.
You’ll be comfortable hitting top speed in variable conditions while still having the control to roll up on edge and spark arcs like you never thought possible.
SPEED ROCKER™:
Short and low rise in the tip for quicker turn initiation and precise steering.
ASPEN MICRO BLOCK CORE:
Lightweight and resilient. Great all-around core material.
DARK MATTER DAMPING - DMD:
Space. The final frontier. The object of many a child’s fascination. And yet with so much of this supra terra discovery, there’s still so much to uncover. We harnessed this great unknown —these depths beyond the conception of gravity as we know it — to improve edge contact on rough and firm snow. It’s called Dark Matter Damping — a process in where we sandwich a polymeric damper between two layers of high modulus carbon, and strategically place it along the ski edge. While your grasp of the outer reaches of our celestial sphere may be limited, DMD is a much simpler construct: improved edge grip and control. And with more grip and control, you can push faster, harder, and pull in to the turn like never before. Get ready for liftoff, it’s time to rage.
TITANAL I-BEAM:
Titanal runs tip to tail along the center of the ski, optimally shaped for stability and precision through the entire turn.
POWERWALL:
Power transfer is dramatically enhanced with the oversized ABS sidewalls that are laminated and pocketed within the woodcore in the midbody of the ski. With the sidewall extending into the heart of the ski, the transmission of energy from skier to ski edge is direct and precise.
All skis will be charged an oversize fee of $21 on top of your selected shipping method. We do not ship skis to the US with bindings mounted. Learn more.
We do not accept ski returns online. Mounted skis are final sale. Learn More

K2 is the original American Ski and Snowboard Brand, founded in 1962 in Washington State. The brand continued to pioneer by expanding into snowboards in 1987 and was the first brand to specifically engineer products for women starting in 1999; our Women’s Alliance™. Today we are resetting the K2 brand for the future, one that builds on this legacy to reposition as the industry leader.
Skiing is who we are
We were established almost 75 years ago by John Monod, a Swiss mountain guide and ski instructor. Quality outdoor gear is what our brand was built upon since 1949.
Sure can! When you purchase both skis and bindings from us, we mount for free! Once you place your order, one of our customer service associates will reach out with needed info. If you purchase skis only, you must be able to come by the store with your boots and bindings for mounting. We will not accept bindings by courier.
Skis count as an oversized item therefore we will charge a flat rate of $21 on top of your selected shipping method on every order. For more information about shipping costs, see our shipping policy here.
