#About
Zev was raised in the Bow Valley and has been exposed to the outdoors since he was little. Growing up was centered around paddling and backcountry ski trips where his real appreciation for spending time outside was born. Zev joined the Ullr freeride team at the age of 12 and found inspiration to improve his own skiing through watching his coaches and fellow teammates ski with creativity at a high level. This inspiration led Zev to compete on the junior freeride circuit during his time on the team. More recently, Zev's focus has shifted towards coaching and filming which he found to be just as rewarding. For Zev, capturing the joy found in skiing through film projects is the direction he wants to head into in the future.

I hope to spend time skiing in Japan and also become more comfortable in the backcountry. Camp/ski trips that are based out of a tent and allow you to explore a zone for multiple days are something I want to focus on. Overall I want to share the incredible experiences that skiing creates with friends.
